    L10s ultra ftw. Rates very highly. If you've been thinking about T20 omni or a roborock ultra just buy now and think later. This makes the pricing of a fully featured robot vac comparable to overseas prices. Thanks OP!

    Suffering from a bit of FOMO here. If I hadn't grabbed a D9 Max from that other deal earlier this week, I'd have jumped on this. Having an automatic emptying dock seems nice. Oh well.

    Is the Ultra really worth well over 2x the price of the Plus??

    (I've never owned a robot vac of any kind)

      If the mopping is important for you, yes! If not, the D10 should be enough.

        Hmm okay good to know. Mopping isn't overly important for us. We're happy to do that manually once in a while. Vacuuming regularly is a giant pain in the a though.. Will see if the boss lets me buy it.. I just bought myself a keyboard though so I'll probably get shut down :P

      If you dont mind some regular maintenance, say emptying bin on a weekly basis, and refilling water for mopping whenever you want house to be mopped (plus cleaning mop pads), it is not worth it. But for some, who want an absolutely hands off approach, it might be worth it. Personally, having a robot vaccum is such a huge convenience for me that I dont mind the 5 mins required for daily maintenance/cleaning.

        Seconding this, honestly just empty the bin, esp if you aren't sure and it's your first robo vac. Down the line deals will come up and if you live in a two story house like most people you will probably want a second one for the other floor if it works out.

        The other way to think of it is you get 95% of the time benefit by having a standard robot vac, which is half the price. So very much diminishing returns with the auto empty. Also some need bags, which means more ongoing cost

        Sorry, but as Uncle Roger pointed out there is a very good chance the cashback will be rejected due to the promo code not being listed on SB.

        I didn't realise when I ordered, but it is still a good deal IMO.

          Yea good chance it'll be rejected but will take the punt, I've had previous coupon stacks work just fine when the terms on Cash Rewards doesn't explicitly spell out the use of discount coupons. For Dreame it looks like the only specific term they have is CB is not eligible on redemption of giftcards, and it says "may not" be eligible on Coupon code not listed - so you never know!

          Either way, bargain, and if I get another approx $15 back, I'll take that haha

    Dreame is a Chinese company and the retail price for L10s Ultra in China is under $800.
    In the past I usually buy it on taobao then ship to australia
    Since 2022, they blocked customer from buying in China but using it overseas. They do some kind of IP check.

    If you buy the D10 plus make sure you dont have cords everywhere.. it'll get stuck. Doesn't have object recognition… cant expect it to at $450

    very much regret my D9, which doesn't even run anymore, even after deep clean. Wish I hadn't given away my basic Xaomi. Is the D10 more reliable? Anyone had it for over a year?

        Probably 18 months or so. Error won't clear. Online it's talked about as a sensor issue that can be fixed with cleaning. I did the deep clean and it made no difference.
