I was recently at IGA and saw ad for Gander, and for whatever reason the name stuck. I’ve always liked this IGA for markdowns and discounts so this probably made me trust more.
Anyway there’s some pretty good deals, especially in the evenings. Is anyone else using? Any good successes? Referral codes?

The shop staff gets first dibs at the real good stuff. Once saw a woolies staff came out with a basket of short dated eggs and meat for the guy who was marking down the prices in the evening. They stow them away in the morning so you would never get the chance.

When it comes to markdowns it is best to keep quiet. More apps and publicity will just make it harder for everyone, it's bad enough trying to compete with the regulars some of whom turn up every day without fail. I only buy stuff on markdown when it is discounted by 75% or more. Woolworths 90% markdowns have been a gold mine lately.
