Is there a computer parts shop in Australia (vic) where they have pc cases / monitors on display of what they sell? Recently came across this video where Jay mentions that Microcenter puts everything on display of what they are selling. If there is none, which shop offers the closest sort of experience? (Mainly am interested in pc cases and monitors)

Which store btw? I’ve been to clayton (vic) outlet and hasn’t seen much (better than cpl / msy though)
Try Scorptec, they have at least something in their showroom
MSY in North Melbourne used to have all their cases out, that store is closed down and new owners of the whole company now though.
JB Hifi and Officeworks usually have piles of monitors out, don't they?
Any particular reason you want to see them? Monitors won't be calibrated properly and you can find the measurements online for any case you might want.
Been to msy recently and no they don’t have anything out. just like a storefront like cpl.
Wanting to see the cases because the spec sheet doesn’t really tell the full story.
Same reason for monitors where sometimes little details such as colors/ reflections matter and soec sheet details aren’t really telling the full story 😤

as for cases, usually it's those PC parts stores have some on display.
we dont really have a big box tech store like microcenter.
when i do laptop/monitor shopping, always enjoy & appreciate brickmortar stores that still have them out.

Yeah that’s the thing with case and monitor for me. I mean think about it, they’re most looked at components of your pc on a daily basis.
I haven't come across a store in OZ that have the physical space to display 'all' such hardware.
Closest I've seen that display some popular cases, screens, laptops, and other parts is PLE.
