Placed a $918 iHerb Order, They Charged Me an Additional $473 WTF? (Solved)

I placed a $987.43 iHerb order - Subtotal was $918.75 with $68.68 shipping. Looking at my statement now they charged this full amount and also an additional $473.16. The transactions have the same code so they are from the same order. I (think) I have contacted them correctly but the contact bot on their page is atrocious. Does anyone know wtf this extra charge is?

UPDATE

I worked it out. The full amount is still pending. Shipment was split into 2 shipments and the $473 is the one that has shipped.

        I think it's far more likely that the full amount is still pending. I bet the shipment was split into 2 shipments and the $473 is the one that has shipped.

        In fact I'm 100% confident that's what happened. ;)
