Anyone used KloudPhone Internet as an ISP on OptiComm?

Am looking for ISPs on the Opticomm network, and found that KloudPhone seems to have the cheapest plan for 25Mbps unlimited.

However, I've never heard of them before, and there's basically no info out there. There's a star next to "Unlimited Data", but no indication as to what it means. Similarly, the Critical Information Summary link is dead.
The same info displayed on their home page doesn't have the star against "Unlimited Data", and a working CIS link, but the info there seems seriously out of date.

I recall that ISPs raised prices on the Opticomm network within the last year, but KloudPhone's pricing hasn't changed for ~3 years, which leads me to think that the business is either abandoned or they haven't updated anything, which might explain their low pricing for 25/5.

I clearly don't have much confidence in KloudPhone at this point, but given their pricing, I'm curious as to whether anyone has actually been with them before?

2 google reviews, one of who is a relative of the owner of the company

Do you really want to deal with a 2-bit operation like that?

    • Do you really want to deal with

Appreciate the response, but I'm not sure if you skipped over the post, or I was just unclear, however dealing with them wasn't on my mind.

You mean you didn't create this whole post to potentially buy a service from them?

Again, given the shadiness of the company, and small presence, highly unlikely anyone here would go for them

          Correct.
(also, given the lack of info about them, it also might serve a reference point for future searchers)

I'm of the same opinion, but you never really know unless you ask. And I've been surprised in the past.

    • Appreciate the suggestion, but I should point out that neither Mate nor Kogan resell Opticomm. There are, of course, others that do, but the focus of this thread was more on KloudPhone specifically, rather than alternatives.

  • BTW Optiloop has better introductory prices (6 months) for their Opticomm packages

    • Optiloop??

Exetel does have a cheap introductory offer.

      • Sorry meant Superloop lol
