Centrecom Website Shows 403 Forbidden Message When Accessed from Home Wi-Fi

Over the last 2 days, Centrecom website has been constantly showing 403 forbidden messages. I may have failed a CAPTCHA, but it's constant. I've cleared all cookies and browsing data, cleared the cache and still no luck. I'm using an Asus RT-AC68U as a switch/router on the Opticomm network. Works fine when accessing it using the Boost network from my phone.

Is there anything I can do to solve this?

Thanks in advance!

    Probably not.

My first thought is that your ISP traffic doesn't route there for whatever reason. My gut is that perhaps your IP address is blocked, and my vibe is that perhaps your ISP is using CG-NAT and that your IP pool is a source of concern, and has been blocked by Centrecom's server.

Then again, that's all speculative, and might not make sense.

Is any case, try to trace route to something from the centre com website. Maybe an image or something. For example:
    https://centrecomstatic.s3.amazonaws.com/images/editor/imageā€¦

    • The image opens up just fine

Configure your network settings to use the (Google) IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as your DNS servers.

      or Cloudfare 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

  • Are you able to provide a screenshot of the browser showing the 403 message? That might give us a better idea of what's wrong.

  • Update : seems to be working fine again
