Target are doing a standard 20% of all LEGO. All sets appear to have the same discount applied except this one for some reason.
Works out to be about 32% off Target's normal price of $169, which is already discounted from LEGOs official RRP ($179.95) which is pretty decent on a newish set.
No stock in stores near me (YMMV) but available for free home delivery. First deal post, apologies if any errors but let me hear it if so.

I get what you mean and love bonsai, but they are totally different items. Bonsai means having to be very aware of water requirements, light requirements, pruning, etc.
Some are definitely fussy flowers, but some are stubbornly resilient :) I forgot about one a while back when I went on vacation for a month and wrote it off, but when I came home he was just chillin' no worse for wear
