Thanks OP, just a warning, I went in store today and they scanned my code, I won $5 off next purchase. Picked what I wanted to buy then they told me they couldn’t find me in the system so couldn’t apply the $5 off.

How did they validate your code, but not find you!?

I had similar: told $5 off next purchase and went and got my items. Then they couldnt find my account, but found an old one i had so i still at least got my discount.
It seems $5 off is a common 'prize'. I also got this and they could not find an account even though I had signed up and had the email with the code on it. The manager told the staff member to just set up an account on the spot and I used my 'voucher' immediately.
We get a second chance as not everyone (probably hardly anyone) claimed their prizes…
I didn't know that so went and read the T & C's. (see below) Seems second chance draw has already taken and only those who did not claim a prize in store are eligible for second chance. If I had of known that I wouldn't have used my $5 off voucher as all other prizes have more value.
Unclaimed prizes
A second chance draw will be held for unclaimed instant win prizes. The draw will be held at Kitchen Warehouse, 1 Pensioner Guard Road, North Fremantle WA 6159, Australia on 16/10/23 at 09:00 am AEST.Only eligible entrants who have not claimed a prize in-store will receive a secondary email with a newly randomly allocated unclaimed prize. Prizes must be revealed and claimed in the same manner as outlined in the How to Enter section and must be claimed by no later than 05/11/23.
Winners of prizes valued at over $250 from the second chance draw will be published at https://www.kitchenwarehouse.com.au/ by 10/11/23.
I don't think they necessarily rerolled. I didn't claim my first draw after seeing so many on here were just the $5 off voucher but the new prize has the same barcode and number as the old one. Most likely they just extended it a couple days.
So sneaky! The email implies you get a chance at a new prize. But you guys are right; its the same barcode as the first one.
Yeah unfortunately its just a weird way for them to run a comp. Not knowing what you've won prior to redemption, issues with redeeming in-store and the extended deadline with a 'new' code for those that didn't redeem yet.
It's all a bit too sketch.
Worth checking if there's a store nearby before entering as prize is redeemed instore.
