I would not buy that model, as it takes 9V batteries, a penny-pinching exercise by the factory.
Get one which takes 2xAA.
It is just an Alibaba generic design, and under $20 delivered anywhere is normal price on ebay.

  I have their wifi one which is excellent, it's so good to be at the other end of the house or in the yard and get notifications when meat is at temp. Also their instant read probe is excellent.
