Got an Unknown Charge from UberEATS

Their support line is TERRIBLE and NON-EXISTENT. I've scoured the website and zilch! An amount of $5.50, it came from an automatic payment. I asked Paypal to call any incoming and whether they can assist. However, for something like this where there's nothing I can find in their FAQs and no way to contact, how do I go about? Have you been able to contact them or did you need a third party?

    Usually live? I never see it!

    And the support help is only for restaurant and grocery related. They dont have one for unknown automatic payment charge.

    • Go to "Help with an order" > "Past orders" and select "My card was charged more than once" in the live chat options then wait for a customer support rep.

      Yes they have live help. If they're really busy, they respond back in a few mins and you get notification in the app to reply further.

    Once was refunded automatically the other I've complained to paypayl.

      • No. I have no idea idea why it occurred.
        If paypal doesn't refund me, next step is a chargeback.

    with all these apps you sign T&Cs which include they may make 'adjustments' as they see fit and auto bill your accounts
    keep paying $45 for your cold stale soggy late half-eaten unhappy meals
