Is anyone with Coles Mobile and knows how to read their usage graph?
I have a 120GB plan and when I look on the dashboard, the red sliding bar says 19.2GB. I don't know if that's 19.2GB remaining, or 19.2GB used?

I have 2 accounts with Coles and they are polar opposites in usage. One is around 90% used, the other is around 10% used. Both phone numbers have one digit that is different, and Coles only show the last 3 digits of the phone number, so I can't identify them.

How much of the graph is the red bar full? 19.2GB is approx 16% of 120GB, so if the red bar is full for 16% of it, then the 19.2GB is usage, but if it’s full for 84% of it, then then 19.2GB is remaining.
Also long does your 120GB last and how far into that period are you?

Looking at the Coles app it shows clearly xx.xGB "Data left". With a red circle showing remaining and a grey segment of that circle showing used.
I just looked at the web version for mine - the red section is remaining and the grey is used. It would make more sense for the grey to be at the left.
Anyway - in your screenshot you have 97.4GB remaining.
Ahhh thank you soooo much Adrian! I hate having so many apps on the phone, so desktop is best for me.
Do a speedtest and then see how it changes.
