With hindsight - which one is more dodgy/disappointing?
What would you like to see either company do to remedy the situation?

A pricing error + poor customer service is the Dell saga.
COTD was intentionally having far less stock than there was demand — as such they intentionally wasted thousands of people hours worth of time. I think COTD is worse.
ah yeah, after reading up, i'm with waywardone
sitting there refreshing hoping to LOG IN to the page was a big waste of time.
at least with dell, u could sign in, checkout, customise and then be happy with what you got…

you still then have the option to cancel or keep.I got screwed by both!!!!!!!!!!1
dell was more of a disappointment for me :(
As I know COTD is too good to be true so I didn't waste my time (already in my black list) but I got screw by Dell.
Now I have 1 more to add in my black list.
