Just picked up X1700H from JB Hi-fi for $849, reckon you could go lower.

    • Hope that was new. It's a deleted model now. Was hovering around $890 before deletion.

      • Yeah it is. Hence the lower price.

      • deleted?

        • A newer model – X1800H – which replaced the X1700H came out recently.
They have identical specs, and costs around 300 bucks more.

  • Still waiting for a deal on a 9ch receiver that does 8K

    • They had a Marantz a few weeks back for $1600 that I almost bought. Looks like they're all gone now though.

Best price I'd seen for a 9.2ch in years.

    • I'm still rocking an old LG 1080p plasma, but also looking for a 9ch receiver.

    Lol at the RRP

  • Are all HDMI inputs 2.1?

My old Denon X2400H has 8 HDMI inputs, it seems these they only have 6 max. I keep putting off upgrading my LG C8 OLED because my AVR is only HDMI 2.0 and I'd need a new one of those as well.

    • hmm why so many HDMI?

      • PS3, Xbox 360, XSX, PS5, PS4 (Jailbroken), Wii U, PC, Switch, Nvidia Shield, Retrotink 5x. I actually have some of the stuff connected via a HDMI switch that's plugged into the AVR. I guess once I get a new AVR with less ports I'll need another HDMI switch.

  • Anyone had success getting replies from this seller.
I've sent queries with no reply.

  • Accidentally threw out the Audeeze microphone in the packaging when I got the last deal. Anyone wanting to get rid of theirs :D
