How Can I Buy an iPhone Which Supports Dual Nano Sim

Hi Fellow Bargainers,

Is there a way how we can buy iPhone for China, Hongkong and Macau markets in Australia? I want to buy an iPhone that supports Dual Nano sims and found out iPhone in these countries do come with dual nano SIM.

Thank you!!

    1) Find a seller with Chinese stock locally.
    2) Import one from China through contact or a reshipping company.
    3) Go to China/HK/Macau on holiday and get one from there.
    4) Take a gamble on the eBay listing offering dual SIM "upgrade kits".
    5) Switch to eSIM instead.

iPhone sold in China supports slightly different 5G and LTE bands compared to iPhone sold in Australia. You should check the bands to make sure the minor differences will not impact the carriers you use:

The iPhone model in Australia also supports both Dual SIM (nano-SIM and eSIM) and Dual eSIM support, and the local MNOs and MVNOs are expected to primarily use eSIM within the next 2 years so worth considering the local model:

  • buying phones from different regions voids Australian consumer law. if you were able to buy a dual sim module, then put it in to your phone, i think that would be better. because in case you do need acl, you could just change it back to the single sim module and hand it to apple.
