Payday 3 Issues

Hey everyone
I got Payday 3 on the PS5 and haven’t not been able to play it at all since I got it

I keep getting this issue

“Nebula Data Error Failed to Fetch Game Config Data”

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling game along with unlinking my Nebula account and relinking but still have this damn error msg

Anyone else?

    Payday 3 has had a dreadful launch with a myriad of server issues. Lots and lots of unhappy pre-orderers which is about right for an online-only game nowadays.

    Issues are still not fixed several days in, latest tweet 5 hours ago says they're making upgrades soon to improve server and matchmaking stability…

    26th Sept:

    Heisters. In order to improve server and matchmaking stability, we will make upgrades to the environment ahead of this weekend. In order to perform these upgrades the service will be offline between 8AM and 11AM CEST Tuesday and Friday. We appreciate your patience.

    25th Sept:

    Heisters, we're currently seeing signs of an emerging issue with the matchmaking services in PAYDAY 3. The team is investigating.

    The recovery has halted and we have another drop in the service. The team is working on restoring functionality as soon as possible.

    Players are once again able to get back in the game, but the team is still working on stabilising the matchmaking services.

    23rd Sept:

    Status update: Things are starting to look better. We're seeing players being able to create lobbies again and getting back in the game. You still might have a few issues, bear with us while we focus on stabilising! Thank you heisters!

    We're seeing an increase of matchmaking issues, the team is investigating.

    We're now seeing all platforms unable to matchmake, the team is working hard to restore functionality.

    The team is still working on the current matchmaking service outage, hoping to have a more positive update soon.

    22nd Sept:

    Heisters, it was a long night. And once functionality came back, it was still unstable for a time. But we're now confident in saying we're on our way back to full force, and the streets of NYC are yours to heist

    Matchmaking is still unavailable, the team is hard at work with identifying and resolving this. Stay tuned for more updates!

    We're sorry to report that matchmaking is still unavailable, our team is working overtime to get this resolved.

    We realise that the matchmaking issues are frustrating, they are for us as well. We're still here and still working on getting you all back into the game, stay tuned.

    We have deployed some fixes, but we're still seeing instability in the matchmaking. We're continuing investigation and will keep working on addressing this.

    21st Sept:

    Authentication issue has been resolved and you can now access the game again!

    We're currently experiencing authentication issues with the PAYDAY 3 servers, so you may experience issues accessing the game. We're looking into this.

    Heisters! In preparation for the launch of PAYDAY 3, we'll implement preventive measures to handle all the new incoming players. As such you may experience some interferences in the matchmaking from 11AM - 2PM CEST as we improve things.

      people who pre-order deserve this, it gives ZERO incentive for devs to release a working product at launch

        Ditto. I thought you had 3 issues with your pay

        It reads to me as ‘Payday: 3 Issues’ when what you meant was ‘Payday 3: Issues’

        I could probably provide something if it was the former but zero help on your actual problem except for saying good luck :-)
