  40% off at Bonds usually means the prices were jacked a few days prior.

  I bought a 2 pack of their singlets from a Bonds store and then a couple of days later, I noticed a big 40% off sign so I thought I’d stock up with some more.

  They were actually more expensive, and when I asked the lady at the counter how that was possible, given that I had purchased a few days prior when they weren’t on sale, and she just giggled like I was the hundredth person to ask her that question
