Don't think the "sex swing" discussed is usually used by only 1 person🤔
So think you totally missed the point!@INFIDEL: it is often used by two people but usually only one person is on the swing. if you are both on the swing you are doing it wrong

What sort of fixtures you guy hang this to ? Is it suitable for indoor use only ?
Also would like to know. Does this come with the wooden bar and carabiner to attach to a current hook or do we need to buy it ?
Have you actually looked at the ad? Spreader bar is included, dunno what you mean by carabiner - the metal loop will go straight onto a hook.

Plenty of advice online on how to hang a hammock chair.
Often hung from sturdy rope or chain. Possibly from large hook secured into beam.Wouldn't leave this up outdoors. May rot, weakening it. Be careful, trees may not support the gross weight. (Unlike with normal hammock.)
Photos in Deal link show the usual hammock attachment point - a large metal eyelet. Wooden spreader included, as stated there.
Just consider there is only 1 attachment rather than 2 on normal hammock.
