Camera Settings for Samsung Galaxy S23U

Anyone got any tips for taking low light, indoor photos?

Never had an issue with my s10e. Just recently upgraded to the s23u and I'm struggling to get a clear photo first time. Usually need to take a few before I get a half decent result. Majority are extremely blurry. Still using 'out of the box' settings. Pics are usually of my dog who isn't even moving. Thinking I must be doing something wrong here.

Much appreciated.

  • Are you using the flash or trying to avoid that flash look?

If not, can you manually increase the ISO?

  • Out of the box I doubt it's set to the highest resolution available.

Have a flick through the settings

  • -2

select night mode, and it will do a long exposure for few seconds ex: 3 sec with a countdown. don't move phone or subject during long exposure.

  • Never had any issues with mine using the default settings. Make sure that nothing is over the camera lenses and press the shutter button gently to limit shaking.
