  I’ve had to handle RMA multiple times for the same products (a regular and a wide) GHD straighteners for the missus.
  The quality is not worth the money, after the last time we called it quits and bought a Phillips straightener for $99 from Myer.
  No problems since and she’s been happier with it.

  It's $316.00 on Amazon. Different colour (white) but same model so not really a bargain.

  Also if travelling and you want to claim tax you will have to email them to generate you a proper receipt with ABN etc. Email receipt that you get from them won't cut it and their system only emails you an invoice pdf. Allow about 10 days for them to respond and email it, which by then I was already overseas (earlier this year). They are incredibly slow to reply emails. Not sure if their system has changed since.
