      You cannot, it's one or the other. Use of a coupon means no cashback.

      The only exception (this time) are store coupons that automatically apply during checkout, store discounts are not coupons.

    Purchased a $40 item with $35 gift cards and the rest on my Westpac card. Fingers crossed it tracks this time, had problems last time but GYB helped me out!

    Could have used the $10 off eBay coupon but the stacking of the $3 Cashback made it cheaper.

    eBay tracking is done in batches. My 15:34 to 16:13 orders tracked around 22:10, I have one more order done at 17:11 that I'm guessing will track around tomorrow morning.

      You should see two separate cashbacks tracked in Shopback, one for "eBay Australia" and another for "Westpac bonus Cashback - eBay Australia" (based on my last successful tracking in August). Westpac side will not show anything about cashback etc.

          Things to check then:
          1) Is the Westpac card properly linked to your account with same last 4 digits? (one time I accidentally used another Westpac card that wasn't linked)
          2) Does your Westpac statement show the eBay transaction of >$0.01c?
          3) Did you pay directly with the card or through a 3rd party? (I only pay directly with the card, not through PayPal etc. Not sure if it makes a difference with PayPal)

          If everything seems fine, then probably wait another few hours and then raise a missing cash back enquiry.

            @highwind: 1 - Yes it should be. When I did the Westpac $5 Shopback gift cards challenge it tracked almost straight away.

            2 - My Westpac statement does show the actual ebay purchase I made on there. It also has the Westpac Shopback challenge gift card purchase I made, and has a "ShopBack Australia AU $0.00" credit on there. In the Westpac app they're all listed as pending.

            3 - Yes paid directly with Westpac card on ebay, hence the payment showing on my Westpac statement as mentioned above.

                  1. PDF copy of your order confirmation
                  2. Last 4 digits of the Westpac Card
                  3. Is the Westpac Card Linked to your ShopBack Account before purchase and is it still linked?
                  4. VISA/Mastercard
                  5. Screenshot proof from the Westpac account of the transaction

                  It is possible to email them without waiting, at [email protected]

    lol. bloody annoying. follow up enquiry chasing your not tracked, bonuses, incorrect rate almost a guarantee with ebay sb.

    it's almost you're expect to put effort follow up or you not suppose to get actual return from their advertisement

Disabled adblock, empty cart, even went to the effort of removing any trace of the items from my wishlist, copying and searching for them again in the search bar to add to cart. Transaction appears on my Westpac card as expected, but no tracking.

    I just noticed a bunch of my Westpac eBay bonuses are now $0.00 from some earlier deals (namely the 12% and 15% ones from mid and late Aug), anyone else?

        I sent GYB a message but he's on holiday, I got a generic response from their cs.

        Hopefully it's not something I have to follow up on and fixes itself.

        I also noticed that the Westpac Bonus under the store category has changed twice with slightly different wording, perhaps it's related. The newest version is eBay Australia (Westpac Bonus), a couple of weeks ago it was eBay Australia (Westpac bonus Cashback), and before that it has always been Westpac bonus Cashback - eBay Australia. That's the one that has all changed to $0.00.

    They are not shown in tracking - only on a bonus page itself.
