Most likely a pricing error as the 3 pack is on sale for more. Worth trying at this price because the 6 pack is generally on sale for around the $75 mark.

Just buy the 30-60kg one for $25/1pc and cut tablets depending on your dog's size (e.g. if your dog is 3.6-7.5kg cut one tablet to 8 equal parts). Just read the ingredients, they are exactly the multiples of smaller sizes:

Now Nexgard says that you shouldn't do that because the split parts may not be homogeneous, but I call BS as they are probably not mixing the ingredients one tablet at a time individually anyway. They are trying to charge everyone almost the same amount of money every month, no matter how big your dog is.
I bought two packs, hopefully gets honoured.
