Multiple Flybuys - Have They Banned My Account?

Hi, I have to admit that I have more than one Flybuys account.

When I try to login, the system will ask for my password. So far everything is ok.

But when the system tries to send me the code via SMS, nothing happens, I do not receive the SMS.

Have they banned my mobile number?

  May also relate to how they're sending SMS. I had an issue with another company receiving SMS from another company.

  Otherwise, as already mentioned, a hacked account is a possibility.

  Either way, contact tech support.

  Are you using the same phone number on all your Flybuys accounts?

  In the past I've had problems receiving their SMSes (I'm on Boost). From memory it was only when requesting the code via a mobile web browser (go figure) - doing it on desktop worked (?!)

  I have a different problem. I have an account that uses the mob number of someone I am not in touch with any longer. I used it for years with no problem on my phone without needing verification. However with the latest upgrade it does. I still have a lot of FB points in there. Is there any way to get Flybuys to send verification to the email address or any other way? Now it even seems to need verification every time you log in. Please help me.
