Seems the C variant has a new chipset now includes a SmartThings radio with ZigBee and Matter support based on a comment in that thread, and some more ports as well as some big fixes.
@Trishool: I just realised 990c hasn't been under 1249 so for a $450 difference I can live with the B
Slightly improved auto room setup, connectivity, sub, and the big one for me (pets) is metal grilles on all speakers instead of fabric I think?
It's an incremental improvement, not a quantum model leap. The B will be fine for most.

My 930B just arrived this afternoon after having ordered it back in july. $599.
Did Samsung just kept on rescheduling it?
Yup, I even stayed home from work 1 day for the delivery as the tracking messages and stuff came through, even the night before and the morning off. AND THEN cancelled because no stock.
But besides that constant contacting them to ask whats going on and every 2 weeks getting a automated email saying, they havent heard back from me regarding thje order so what should they do, whether it should be cancelled etc which was hilarious as it was usually me not hearing back from them.
I had changed the delivery address 2 months ago (August) and according to samsung and their website and even the samsung emails i got about my delivery today it had the updated delivery address. BUT the courier had the original delivery address from JULY!!!! WTF

You’ll most likely pay an exorbitant amount whilst others will sign up to a bogus free TAFE course and get it at half the price. .in the last week, I have spend 5k at Samsung buying stuff worth over 10k retail.The more you buy more you save is the ideology these companies work on.
Not saying that I have not been lured into buying things I may not need. But I only buy electronics (replaced tv for OLED, washing machine bacuse it stopped working, good old Logitech speakers after 10 years for Bluetooth pairing) when I actually need them even if I have to pay more than deals on ozbargain. Not having to dump these white goods in a landfill is an added bonus.I like to upgrade very couple of years not nothing goes to waste. Facebook marketplace has been a great platform to sell items and replace with new from ozb :)

Go for 930c, it's 749 right now. Other option is to wait a bit and 990c should be about a grand
I missed out on Q990b while it was $999 couple days ago, could've combined it with 10% edu discount making it $900. Not sure if I should just go for Q930C or wait, the reviews that I read Q990 provide big upgrade to Q930. What did you buy at the end?
