Seems simple enough, if you have a pair of RMs you don't wear any more get $100 off a new pair you might love more. Can be done instore for immediate appraisal and voucher issue, or online (but you need to post them back and await processing).

To save some questions:

  • Boots must be a complete pair and in 'wearable condition' for which authenticity can be confirmed
  • It looks like you can redeem multiple pairs for more vouchers
  • You can't stack vouchers, only one allowed per purchase of new boots
  • Applies to full-priced boots only (i.e. not to other apparel or boots on clearance)

    Important to note the voucher only applies to any full-priced boot, most likely does not apply for boots on discount.

    Full-priced boots is a deal killer. It works out to 15% off a $650 pair of boots, and you lose the old ones. Unless there is a very specific boot you are after, you're better off waiting for a DJs/Iconic sale…

    Must be in wearable condition - I am no RM Williams expert but if they were still wearable and able to be identified as genuine, wouldn't one get more value out of reselling them on rather than trading them in?

    Recently had an old pair repaired for $250.

    Boots were sent back to RM in Adelaide for resoling (including heel stack) and inner liner. Got new innersoles too.

    Came back brand new, and all polished.

      I’ve done that, too, and I agree it’s a better option if you want to keep your old boots. This offer is really only worthwhile if you have a pair you don’t want to wear any more.

      Was going through 2 pairs of hush puppies a year. Got a pair of RM’s for $400 on a sale and it’s been going strong for 6 years now. Way better for my feet too. Good boots are worth every penny.

        Same here. Hush puppies - I stocked up on them on sale but found I was going through 1-2 pairs a year.
        Wife convinced me to buy RM Williams - $350 at that time. Have had them 15 Years now. Re-soled twice.
        Love them.

    ive seen this brand shoes in second hand stores before for like $10.
    so could buy these and then trade in.
