Thanks, I just got it stuffed. (sorry for the movie reference).

    • Damn that’s good!

  • On the image it’s slated as “gaming”.
EDIT: slow lead time not arriving until DEC.. but I ordered one.

  • I got this from last sale love it highly recommend it btw I use it for my laptop 👍🏽👍🏽

  • Building a 7600 4070ti build soon. Would this be a good ssd for gaming or are there better options at this price?

I might wait and see the prime big deals days next week

  • I recommended Seagate. They have an excellent after sales service!

  • this or the Sk p41 or 990 pro?

    • Whichever is cheapest (they are all high end with close to identical specs)

  • Anyone speak on the durability of this? By the numbers it should be outstanding, but for whatever reason I've seen more reviews about this dying within a year, than any other ssd I've looked at, not just amazon reviews either, seen it mentioned on a few forums.

    • Likely due to people running it in enclosed areas without a heatsink and with continuous load ie. PS5 usage

If you do not want to buy a $5 heatsink off eBay or AliExpress, the Corsair MP600 PRO LPX deal is back on

Same internals but you trade the custom Seagate firmware for a pre-installed heatsink

      • What if you're using it in a laptop tho

Specifically for laptop use or ultra small ITX build I would avoid this and get the SK Hynix P41 Platinum, very cool running drive. The same drive has been renamed the Solidigm P44 Pro since Hynix purchased Intel's storage division.

          Get one of these:

          Gen 3
          SK Hynix Gold P31
          Western Digital Blue SN570

          Gen 4
          SK Hynix Platinum P41
          Western Digital Black SN770

          • @Look Up: Oh okay I thought this will go well with my Legion i7 4080 cooling

  • Great price, bought it last year for +$250 for my gaming laptop
