Mobile Monster Phone "Sell Order" Missing

Anyone has any experience in missing to mention "Sell Order" number with the parcel. Now how can I proceed?

  • No, but I am assuming they can associate the phone with your sell order based on the imei. I’m guessing you might just have to wait a bit longer before getting your $$

  • They received mine on Monday (got an email from them the day of delivery) still waiting to hear any other news tho. Online status says they’re still waiting for it to arrive.

    • Did you mention the sell order number on the package?

      • +1

Yeah, sorry was more saying "don't expect to hear anything too quickly". Hopefully as others have said they'll just match your IMEI no worries.

        • Thank you 🙏

          • @thirstyfordeals: My status is still showing that they haven’t received the phone, yet they paid me this morning (exactly a week after receiving it). If that helps you get an idea of how long you can expect to wait etc.

            • @vorsprung: Omg, i need to wait long than. Did you mention everything with the box?

              • @thirstyfordeals: Yeah sell order was written on the postage label.
They do have the warning on their site now that says they'll take an extra 3-4 business days to process. For me that was exactly 4 extra business days.

  • @vorsprung when you sold your phone did you purchase insurance? Did you also go satchel route or Australian Post route?

    • Reply paid route. no insurance.

    • Australia Post. I used their reply paid label, boxed it up myself, and just paid for the extra insurance.

  • I got a brand new phone wanting to sell it off to mobile monster, anything dodgy about them?
I read some people saying mobile monster pick up damages never there when they selling "as new" ones, but considering the one I am selling is brand new all sealed would it be fine?
