  • Wasn't this one under $1k earlier this week?

No, that was the CRG90. That is only a 120Hz, non-miniLED VA panel, and has a flatter 1800R curve.

The Odyssey Neo has a far better quality panel and far superior response time.

      • Ahhhh thanks for pointing that out 😀
Pretty good saving! Nice find OP
I have a 34" 1000R monitor and love that aggressive curve. Don't think i can go any less now.

I've been very tempted to get one of the many Samsung ultrawide deals that have been posted lately, but its still so much money to drop all at once. Plus I've heard that Samsung does not have a great track record of quality assurance with their monitors, with recent reports of this series of monitors in particular cracking in the middle and returns are a massive hassle.

  • Why not just get the oled version for an extra $30

      1. Potential burn-in.
      2. The OLED G9 has a 1800R curve. Most people prefer the steeper 1000R curve of the super ultrawide Neo QLEDs.
