  I purchased this when I saw this deal as soon as Prime Day started (it arrived today) - the box came unsealed. I opened it to inspect and it has clearly been used already. The case had I some brown residue stuck inside, and the ear buds itself were dirty with what looks like ear wax on the tips.
  Returning this right away.

      Ordered a replacement and this time they sent a new one. Love these buds!
