DETAILS

Save the offer to your eligible Card and spend $50 or more, in one or more transactions, in-app or online at Menulog by 13/11/2023 to receive a $20 credit, up to maximum of 3 times. Exclusions apply.

OFFER TERMS

• Valid for payments made by 13/11/2023 to be eligible for offer.
• Offer only valid for orders delivered or collected within Australia.
• Excludes any payment made directly to the restaurant.
• Offer is limited to a maximum AU$60 credit per Card to which the offer is saved and only spend on this Card counts towards the Offer.
• Excludes transactions where you do not spend directly with your Card to which the offer is saved, in-app or online at www.menulog.com.au. Offer is valid at Australian website and app only.
• Excludes transactions made through a third party establishment or payment processor.
• Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
• Credit should appear on your billing statement within 15 business days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from the offer end date.

  My last few orders from Menulog all have been cancelled after the time they were already meant to have been delivered. Meant the people i was ordering for had to go starving while i rush around trying to organise alternatives. I havent ordered from Menulog for a few months due to this issue. Has this improved?

  I presume if i place and order and Amex picks it up as a valid use of the offer and then it gets cancelled, I dont have the opportunity to use that offer again .

    Same, or they don't have delivery drivers. Stopped using Menulog for this reason unless I'm picking up myself.

    I use the app today and order got mark delivered but nothing was delivered to me. With doordash, i could chat with driver. Such a bad app design tbh. Now im trying to contact them for refund.

      Whenever I contacted them with an issue. They were very rude and ignorant.. basically just said sorry and then would cut the conversation when I wasn't even finished.

        They gave me a voucher and wont refund. Guess im gonna order the last one and uninstall the app. It's not worth dealing with a risky app like this.

    Isn't it 'up to 3 times'? I've had 3 $20 credits back already. Accidentally used it for a 4th time which is a bummer, reducing it to essentially $15 credit per order.
