  As far as frozen nuggets go, these are probably the best. Though I prefer the free range tenders but they rarely go on sale anymore. Actual chicken breast

  I managed to grab a box yesterday and they are not too bad. Lilydale used to do ones that were a chicken ‘bite’ in the freezer section that are also free range and were 68% chicken where as these are only 58%. The lilydale ones were great, it was an actual piece of chicken, not formed chicken and had a part quinoa crumb and were lower in sodium. I’m disappointed they discontinued.
