Worst Tea I ever had
As in weak? Due to how it is produced you have to leave it brew for a few minutes. Pretty much all other tea brands use CTC method which makes a very quick brew and which is also pretty edgy and strong. I thought Dilmah was pretty average until I let it brew for much longer. Granted it does have a different flavour but that's by design as they explicitly don't use CTC.
Dilmah Extra Strong is a cracking tea tho. And as the previous commenter said at least 3 mins brewing in just boiled water is essential. That said I’d written off Twining’s years back and now I’m enjoying their ‘Everyday Black’ thoroughly!! Plenty of alternatives out there if you love your tea
