FYI if you are gonna order from PCCG right now

"We’re just shooting a quick email to let you know that we recently just moved, and while we did not expect any impact on customer orders, we are sorry to say your order has been affected with a delay. We thank you for both your patience and support and want to let you know that our team is working hard to have your order shipped as soon as possible."

They are currently catching up on orders made 2 weeks ago as of this post

    They've really gone downhill after the new managing director from overseas took over. Not to mention all the customer service staff being laid off so it's fairly barebones outside of the warehouse.

      That's a shame. PCCG were my go-to if I needed PC stuff. It does seem there's a lot more players in the market these days though.

    Being delayed is the default state whenever you order anything from pccg
