      I got mine pronto! two separate orders

      e.g. ordered twice on the 25th (ozb 60% off post) , delivered on the 2nd October, second order came on the 6th.

    Looked into the quality of the McLaren merch online, seems like there's a not insignificant number of people that aren't happy with the quality. For example, following the care instructions and the decals/transfers still coming off very quickly.

    I was pretty excited to get some stuff too.

      Have bought a bunch of their merch from them, it's very hit or miss. Have had two shirts that are meant to be the same style but are different fits and fabrics just from a change in colour; one fits like a normal shirt the other is quite tight. Haven't had the decals fade fortunately though.

        Same. I got a "delayed in customs" email minutes after ordering and it has been showing unfulfilled since.

        Have emailed them so will let you know what they tell me.

    Order was supposed to arrive today via DHL express, midday it says Exception, Tracking number says Shipment is on hold.

    Ordered on 12th October around midnight.

    sooooooooo after reaching out to Castore Concierge about a week and a half ago, they have come back to me this morning to say that the "courier" has lost my parcel and they wish to rectify it and offer me a refund on my purchase.

    the funny thing about this is that I also reached out to the Courier service which said that they had a tracking generated but never received the items from Castore in the first place……

    such a disappointing thing, i was really looking forward to my items.
