Got one recently. Thought this is a decent value since there are not many laptops of its size at this price.
Done a quick review video of it as well should it come in handy if anyone is considering purchase. The laptop is not extremely powerful or with high specs, but for general use is sufficient. Build quality is reasonable, not many metal panels. I have taken some close ups:

Not entirely sure when the deal ends or if they will put it on special. Might still be around at your local Aldi.
My personal thoughts - its worth a consideration. Specially with 2 year warranty and the Windows 8 upgrade for $15. Been using it since yesterday, no complaints. The screen is decent (thought not 1080p), allows for almost all of my office type work to be done while on the go.
