Wireless in-Ear Headphones for Work Meetings (Good Mic) with a Ear Hook

Looking for wireless (with a clip/ear hook) in ear headphones for work meetings so a good mic and audio is essential.

I can't keep pods, buds, even the standard wired headphones provided with mobiles in my ear, as soon as I move 1 or both fall out. I've tried adjusting the casing with the different sizes, nothing works so I need the clippy feature.

I've not found another post focused on the clip on/sports feature.

  • Do you mean a clip-on mic? Or something else?

    • no i mean in ear "pods" but like the sports styles that have a clip on/ear hooks

      • Ok so you want something like this

The ones you linked don't hold them in your ears better, they just won't fall on the floor as easy when they pop out your ears.

        • yep! well they feel more secure so I'm not sure the type you linked will be more secure. I've never tried them though.

          • @strawberrybug: Thing is the over ear hooks don't provide any leverage. The in-ear-hooks do.

            • @Mechz: I have over ear ones (Beats in fact) and they definitely provide leverage (you can 'tighten' the loop and twist them into your ear).

              • @dtc: I guess I don't rate them as I have glasses and find the in-ear-hooks just work perfect.

Haven't used over ear hooks for ages but still think they would be less comfortable regardless, unless you have a wide gap between your temple and earlobe.

Look at the Shokz range. Not cheap, but very good.

thanks, looking at it now. The price range is fine as I expect to use these all the time (not just for work but gym, walking etc)

    • Agree with Shokz, great for the office. You can still hear whats going on around you. Not great for blocking out noise obviously.

  • AirPod Pro is good. Doesn't require an ear hook, just stays in your ear. People use them on network news interviews all the time and their voices sound fine.

    • Yeah they're great. I rotate between AirPod Pros and Shokz depending if I need to be able to hear whats going on around me. No one has ever complained about the audio quality from the mic on either.

    • Unfortunately it falls out, tried my partners ones and it was rolling around on the footpath outside within minutes, i think i have small earbuds?! i dont know to be honest!

      • Did you try AirPods or AirPod Pro? The Pro has a squishy ear thing. Regular EarPods fall out of my ears but the AirPod Pro stays in just fine. After I clean my ears of grease and wax anyway. I think the reason why they stay in is because they are so light, almost weightless.

  • Other than Beats, Soundcore Sport X10
