Looking for a monitor, 34ish inch, upto $1000

My current monitor just started struggling with blurred display, some lines and ghosting, switching from too bright to a little dull, so Im just trying to find out what others recommend for mixed use, some gaming, some work, some movies. I dont want OLED, I have a TV with burn in… Im over the OLED phase of life.

Not sure why Id want 4k, or wide screen, other than pixel size and real estate, I just know Ive read enough to know that HD and 32" is yuck…

Current monitor is 27" HD, but I want to go 32 or 34. I dont understand nits and hdr etc so please offer insight if you have it

Im considering these 3 but open to better options … Im almost fine spending around 1k.

Dont think I can hold off for Black Friday, or if it would be worth it on those I mentioned anyway?

  • Oh mate you'll make the OLED fans very angry if you admit that burn in is actually a possibility on one. They refuse to admit it's possible anymore.

    • I know. Ive been told to buy another because its not true. And others have said its fixed now… price of being an early adopter. Dont care, not spending that much coin to find I shoudlnt have bothered.

When they prove themselves, long enough, I might.

    • They were really bad up till 2018 but in this day and age they're pretty good I have a 77C1 and the dell 34 so far so good

  • usb c connectivity with pd

    • The others mention USB too… not sure if they are only charge ports or data too. But one says up and down.

  • you can check some collections of monitor with 34
