  • How does the best price guarantee work please?

    • Can you please elaborate on that?

      • well simple you state that lowest price is guaranteed? so if it is what happens when I have the same item at a lower price?

        • I did not write lowest price guaranteed in the description at all. If there is the same item at a lower price i guess purchase that one instead of the other :)

        • Sorry but considering the link you supply takes us to the page that's states all these wonderful guarantees as soon as we click your link and join. Either way I am a mate have ordered so you will get something for your time :)

        • Sorry about that, was confused as to where you got that information from. And no worries, thanks mate :)

Protein can't be shipped into Australia, it's one of the many banned products at the border.

    • True theoretically, but lots of people have reported no problems at all importing protein including myself.

    • +2

Not true, i got two bags in about a week ago from vitacost

      • You sure were lucky then.

  • I myself and others i know who have purchased from this site have successfully received several protein supplements and even pre-workouts in powder form. Customs do check these things and sometimes it is very unfortunate, however very unlikely that they decline those products. For more information check this link -

Also the 2 i have posted i guarantee that i have bought them more than 5 times with no trouble at all

  • Hey Rep I am in trying to order and the site states if I but more than $25 of your own brand products that the shipping is free? yet I have spent nearly $30 on your items yet shipping is still being charged?

    • Free shipping is only for U.S. address. $2.95 shipping to Australia is cheap enough. Cheaper than shipping to my sister in California which is around $5 from vitacost.

    • The products that i have posted are part of the September Super Specials. The deal that you are looking at is free shipping if you spend $25 or more on VITACOST brands. The same rate still applies for other products with $2.99 flat rate shipping for total items under 3 pounds (1.4kg).

Here's the link for the Vitacost brands if your interested :)

    • Also remember to use the coupon code that you received in your email to gain the $10 discount.

  • How many people want to post this Vitacost deal.. I reckon ive seen it on here 3 times in the last week or so…

    This link for e.g. - http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/80308

    • That's really true. But their deals i think have expired. I'm just posting up here for you guys so that anyone who's interested in health products can get the most out of them through cheap prices :)

  • Silly question, where the hell do I find my own referral code?

    • It's not silly at all :). If you just sign up with the link i posted above an email should come up with your $10 voucher and a link for that.

      • Yep I did that, and have ordered with the voucher, but where is my own referral link to do the same?

        • There should have been a link in the same email that you received with the $10 voucher. That's what occured with mine.

        • Although it can be found on the homepage, however i'm not too sure whereabouts.

        • Got it, cheers mate

  • +2

great more referral code spam, disguised as a bargain.

    • +1

      so true. should be banned

    • what's his left hand doing?

    • Actually if you see right above your comment i guide him to where you can get your own referrals so he can tell his friends. I've been to a lot of supplement stores around Melbourne and most are actually overpriced equating to almost $90 for 5kg, yet i supply the name for protein that is only $10 for 1kg with the same value. In my opinion its better that 2 people benefit rather than one because it makes sense.

  • Perhaps it should also be mentioned..People follow your link you also get $10….So in turn they are doing you a huge favour by using your referral link.

    • -1

I think that when i state referral link its implied already that there's a benefit to both parties so i didn't really need to put that in there. Thanks anyway for the comment mate :)

      • As per guidelines:

No mention of the referral link or what it offers can be made in the title of the deal (OK for description). Eg $10 off (if this $10 off is from the referral). The deal headline should stand on it's own without mentioning the referral.

I've fixed it twice now. Please include the actual deal details in the title if possible.

        • Thanks for that, i'm a new member so its pretty new to me. I thought the change was just a glitch so i changed it back. Sorry about the misunderstanding and thank you for that information.
