Buying Brand New Whitegoods - Retailer with Best Customer Service/Aftercare?

Buying brand new whitegoods - Retailer with Best Customer Service: Delivery & Aftercare?

I'm based in a major metro city and require delivery to a high rise apartment
I will be buying fridge, washing machine, dryer - hopefully all from the same retailer to make it as streamline as possible

Out of the major retailers such as:
Harvey Norman
Bing Lee
JB Hifi
The Good Guys
(any other i can't think of)

Which of them has the best customer service, in terms of their delivery &* installation, then aftercare in case appliances have an issue?

Most of them price match and have similar stock, so I think the service will be the decider here.

You’ll want to check delivery terms most are to building entrance only iirc.

Prob wouldn’t recommend Samsung if this person story is anything to go by.

    TGG have:

  • Well definitely not TGG in my own experience unless you are paying extra to be their gold service member. My Breville machine broke down and it took my local TGG a week to get it to the repairer. After it was repaired, it sat there at the repairer for another week until I decided to go and pick it up from the repairer myself.

For me the retailer would be Winnings/Appliances on line, and the brand would be F&P as they employ there own techs, for warranty/ repairs etc. Even though they have been bght out by Haier, they still operate independantly.

    • good info, good to know, thanks.

    • yeah … but sorry, but NO.

First hand EXP with appliances on line == ARGH !!!
and their customer service == crap … unless you have hours to spend waiting on the phone.

Appliances Online have served us well with multiple items over last 8 years.
Price, options, service, delivery, removal and product issues - all good.

All good here except we chose a Kelvin bloody ator junky fridge…..that is on us, not them.
They swapped it out quick smart for another…Kelvin bloody ator….again, us…not them.
