Anyone know what the go is with Opinion Surveys https://www.youropinion.com.au/ not paying redemptions? The so-called delay due to “systems upgrade” sounds truly suss.

    Been awhile since I last did a redemption. Got $13.11 currently sitting in my account.

  • Have just now tried to login to my account but their system prevents me. I’m told I’m using incorrect password, although I am not. Finally, fell for their three card trick and used reset password but no email arrives with details.
    Caveat emptor re this mob.

    • I just logged into my account without any problems. I have never had a problem with them in all the years I have been with them.

      Trying clearing your cookies, and checking your junk mail for the password reset email.

      If all else fails you could try the nuclear solution - there is an option in the menu bar at the top of the page and it is called CONTACT US.

    Thanks for your advice. I have previously used just that advice with negative outcomes.
    However, I have followed your advice 100% today … with my email to [email protected] receiving this postmaster reply:

    Send the message again, but before you do, delete and retype the address. If your email program automatically suggests an address to use, don't select it.

    Clear the recipient AutoComplete cache in your email program by following the steps in this article: Status code 5.1.1. Then resend the message, but before you do, be sure to delete and retype the address.
    Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) to confirm you're using the right address. Ask them if they've set up an email forwarding rule that could be forwarding your message to an incorrect address.
