hi im currently on amaysim with expiry coming up soon and im wondering if I should switch to the vodafone prepaid deal on their website, $150 for 150GB, 365 days seems like a solid deal, should i go for it or wait for black friday deals that may come out next month.
Im in metro area so vodafone coverage should be fine

Doesn't look like anything for prepaid.
Just go for what you can get now. But if you want to believe that there's a better deal headed your way then by all means, sit tight and see what happens.

Vodafone is faster in my area than Telstra, in fact, I can barely get 4G with Telstra yet I get 5G with Vodafone.
It is different for everyone, of course, and yes, everyone knows what networks already work for them in their area by now, I'm sure of it :)
same in this area, my mobile is 5g telstra with no success (4g barely cracks 1mbps in peak, optus has the same issue) where as my vodafone 5g data sim runs like a dream, even during peak
I'd wait for next year's Easter Sale…
