Feels like this Lego is a bit overpriced.
Lego City has some outrageous RRPs these days.
Think this is pretty fair and the modular design works pretty well with other sets.

being collecting lego police stations/airport sets over the years. So sad to the set go from base plate + building to a few small plates and a facade of a building. See set 3182 ==> 60262, 7744 ==> 60316
City is only worth 10c a piece at most.
At 650 pieces this set was only worth about $65 to begin with, so not much of a deal.
