Think Big W need to fix the link between their catalogue and retail shopping.. still coming up as $12 when you go to add to cart. Other products appear to be correctly priced when adding to cart

I was just about to say the same thing. Can’t buy at this price yet.

      7/12 = 0.5?

  • +6

Damn, just bought 2 on the other day at Amazon. Now they are cheaper

    • +6

Yeah, I am still recovering from this shock.

      • +1

        me too!

        • got the three stooges over here. what a blunder

    • +7

Yeah, but this price requires leaving the house and going to a shopping centre. 😷

      • Yep. Wasting time and the oh-so-precious fuel and time is money after all. So the deal with Amazon previously still stands as a great bargain.

      • Unless you're living in an apartment above one

Another store discounting these buckets. Guessing we'll be getting a "new improved container" that's 550g for the same price in the next few months.

  • +1

Damn. I read your post and thought amazon actually had a price match policy. (they don't)

  • I only learnt yesterday that the sugar shell coating is supposed to stop the chocolate from melting. 😅

There are on Amazon now, along with peanut M&Ms and white choc maltesers

    • +4

      Yeah, for $9.30…

      • So the lesson is to go in store for a sugar-choc fix. Reminds of young and poor days of coco powder and icing sugar mixed.

Still listed as $12 in my store

  • dinner sorted

Kids lunch sorted for the next week. M&Ms in bread.

      • Fancier than a sugar sandwich

Scanning at $12 at my local, but showed them the catalogue and they fixed it immediately. They have the honor the catalogue.

    • -1

      Well no they don’t

I went to Eastgardens 2036. It showed $12 on the shelf. I went through the self serve (only option available) and the person specifically said they could not give the catalogue price, had to be the shelf price

      • Not too worried, they still aren’t that great a special at $7. Price per 100g ain’t that great

      • +2

They honoured the catalogue price at my store

        • Maybe you had someone with authority, or someone who cared lol.

But the store I went to had no ‘service desk’. There was just the self serve area with one person monitoring. Not sure how senior they were. Prob didn’t have authority to override prices, and they just wanted me to leave, so easiest solution is to just say they can’t do anything.

  • Marked as $12 on the shelf but ringing up as $7 at the register ,

Yesterday morning it was updated online (and hopefully now in store - at least when scanning).

  • Yes , worked today .
Sorry , I meant to convey that .

  • Amazon have come to the party bucket party!
