Does anyone know if you can use Airbnb also as for a rental history for long term rental with real estate agents, people seem to forget Airbnb Also has long rental not just short term, could this be a issue cause airnbn are not very well recognised?

Sure give it a shot…. How long is this long term? When people say long term in the rental, they mean at least 2 years or more considering the average lease time is 12 months.
If over 6 months, ask the owner of the Airbnb to write a letter of recommendation with the property details and their contact details.
It can help. The agent will advise the landlord of this. As a landlord, I'd take this into consideration.

Not really as I’m not going to collect it.
It may sway the real estate agent staff.
Does AirBnB feed into the TICA database or generate a bond history with the tenancies board? I dont know, genuine question. But if I were a landlord, these would be factors.
