          Nah. Sorry can't recall. First time was 1988 purchasing a house for $155,000. Second time selling same house in 2019 for $990,000.

  I went with this guy about a year ago. It was more of a one guy running the show type of business opposed to one with many layers and levels.

  I liked this cause I could just call the dude up and have a one on one convo. It was more down the earth and direct to business. He knew his stuff.

    In my case it was $1600. I got him to review 2 property contracts/information packs over a week and and signed it a few days afterwards. He worked with my bank + vendor's solicitor. Settled smoothly.
