Travel Insurance with NAB Platinum Debit Visa Card

I already bought the flight tickets using my other debit card. However, recently got to know I could get Complimentary with NAB Platinum Visa Debit card.
One of their conditions to activate the complimentary travel insurance is spend $500 or more on are:

  1. before leaving Australia you spend at least $500 on your prepaid travel costs (i.e. your travel costs that you pay for before leaving Australia) and you charge these costs (e.g. cost of your return overseas travel ticket; and/or airport/departure taxes; and/or your prepaid overseas accommodation/ travel; and/or your other prepaid overseas itinerary items) to the accountholder’s card account;
  2. you have a return overseas travel ticket before leaving Australia;

I have got accommodation booked worth $350 which is definitely considered towards $500 spend.

Where can i spend another $150 to activate complimentary travel insurance ?

I have couple of things which I need to spend money on yet.

(not sure if it would count towrds $500 spend, can any one please confirm)

-I have booked hertz rental car to and from Airport here in Aus (roughly $170)
-I need to buy theme park tickets from Klook. (Roughly $250)

Any suggestions please. Thanks in advance

    I would only count the Hertz booking if it is prepaid and if it is a rental you take overseas.

    I would also only count the cardholder's theme park ticket.
