TopCashback are very unreliable. Tons of people didn't have their clicks tracked at the last sale, and has been a nightmare dealing with their "support". Very generic messages, no sign of anything. Negging for TopCashback until they fix their act together.

  I wholly agree with you. I don't know anyone who has had a completely seamless experience with them. I personally have had some luck with them honouring/fixing things but it does usually require a lot of work on my part. If the cashback rate is decent enough I will consider the effort worth it but most of the time it's not. Such a shame.

  having the similar experience with shopback. topcashback has tracked the few times I've used it so far with no issues.
  
  shopback does track my transactions but it seems for the larger Cashback amounts they are avoiding payment and not resolving the issue despite me showing proof of payment and staying with the provider.
