Groodle Hair Clippers

Team

Anyone got any tips on heavy duty dog clippers? Need one for 2 groodles with reasonably thick hair. Hoping to pounce on a Black Friday sale. Powerful and quiet are prob the 2 things I’m mostly looking for

I would seriously check with a groodle breeder - they will know exactly what you need.

Wahl, plus whatever length combs the internet tells you.

    • Any experience in the different models? I would assume more $ = better?

      • Wow, sorry I didn't realise there were so many varieties as we have had ours for about 10 years. I think ours is like this one with a couple of other length blades, and has been great. But I haven't done any research recently at all.

From memory it was around $200-250. They are quite expensive to buy but pay for themselves pretty quickly if you can avoid ~$80 grooms or whatever.

    Groodle?

I think I just vomited into my mouth a little.

Seriously, anything with “*oodle” in the name is just the Tesla/vegan/CrossFit of dog ownership…

    • My groodle has been the best dog. He's as dumb and as goofy as a retriever, but as smart as poodle when he needs to be, and very gentle with my toddler. I wouldn't recommend any other breed.

  • Jog on mate.

  • I just bought this one for my Labradoodle who has thick and forever matting fur - works a treat.

Found an unused opened pack on ebay for $120.
