It's not Coles but Coles Best Buys, which is a marketplace — the product is sold by Ortec Australia which looks like reseller of cheap products on AliExpress.
Most of game emulators would come preinstalled with licensed ROMs which I don't think they are allowed to advertise. In Coles Best Buys' case, it has this in the description
Pre-installed games: Super Mario, Street Fighter, Pac-Man etc
Which is a no no.
Nintendo has a very active legal department, so it won’t be on sale for long.
