      I hear ya. I wrote to Uber and complained that the last 50% promo was not applied and they zeroed a $58 ride. Tried it again a day later on another $60 ride (since the promo had not been used) and they have ignored all three complaints. I raised a chargeback via Amex and they gave me 50% back!

        I had a similar experience. Did one '50% off' trip and two '30% off trips'. None of them applied despite no terms or conditions breached.

      I raised a ticket with Uber over this… They just ask for a copy of the email showing your email address with the promotion code visible. Otherwise they won't honor it.

        Same. They manually applied 50% off for the first ride, but requested a copy of an email for the second one.

    Fyi, these are so bs. Uber didn't apply this code on some big rides i had to the airport and just applied the 20% off one i had despite the app saying it automatically applies the code with the biggest saving.
