    Pop Phones SA is a small business (based in Adelaide), don't think they will likely honour your purchase but no harm in trying I suppose.

        They have physical Brick mortar stores. I'm guessing they have an IT-related issue or outage and their website and pricing is all messed up.

          Not saying you shouldn't.
          I always participate in these with afterpay so there's no money out of pocket.
          But I always accept that the highly likely outcome is the order being cancelled and getting nothing out of it.
